NASA, Rocket Lab Announce Coverage

In early May, New Zealand launched its first small satellite. Then NASA and Rocket Lab are currently targeting a second pair of rocket launches no earlier than 5:30 a.m. EDT on Monday, May 22. Storm Trucking Cubelatt in Orbit.

This second pair of rockets will be launched from One Pad B aboard Lab Electron.  This mission has been named Tropics.  The full name of which is Time-Resolved Observation of Precipitation Structure and Storm Intensity with a Constellation of Smallsats.

Live coverage will be provided approximately twenty minutes prior to the launch, broadcast on the NASA television NASA app, the agency's website, and the Rocket Lab website.

TROPICS is a constellation of four different cube sets designed to observe tropical cyclones from low Earth orbit.  which are more powerful and more frequent than current weather tracking satellites.  This in turn can help climate scientists improve forecasting models.

Conclusion 

NASA will use the agency TROPICS to study tropical cyclones. which will fill the gap in the comprehensive understanding of the Earth system.
